How to Get to Our Gym from Bangkok

Planning your trip to our gym and Muay Thai retreat in the peaceful Ngao mountain valley Here’s how to get to us from Bangkok:

Fly from Bangkok Don Mueang Airport (DMK) to Ranong Airport (UNN)
• Flights take about 1 hour and 15 minutes
• Airlines: AirAsia
• Once you land, it’s about 15 minutes by car


We’re happy to arrange a free pickup from Ranong Airport to our gym just let us know in advance!

Recommended for: Budget-friendly travel
• Buses leave from Bangkok Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai)
• Travel time: 8–10 hours
• Operators: Sombat Tour and Choke Anan Tour
• When you arrive at Ranong Bus Terminal, you’re just a 15-minute ride from the gym by local taxi.

We’re happy to arrange a free pickup from Ranong Bus Terminal to our gym just let us know in advance!

Recommended for: Small groups or travellers who value comfort
• Driving from Bangkok takes around 8–9 hours
• You can rent a car or book a private taxi for a more flexible trip
• Enjoy the scenic route through southern Thailand

Buses and minivans leave from Phuket Bus Terminal 2 or central Phuket Town
Travel time: 5.5–6 hours

When you arrive at Ranong Bus Terminal, you’re just a 15-minute ride to the gym by car

Drive from Phuket to Ranong via Route 4 (Phetkasem Road)
Travel time: Approximately 4.5 hours
Distance: Around 300 km
